Process
These are the steps that your project journey will take
Drawing and Quote
All jobs start with a drawing and a quote. If you have an architectural drawing, or a detailed drawing, I should be able to quote from that, otherwise I can do the drawings for you. If I'm doing the drawings, I find it's best to come to your site, where we can discuss the work and I can measure and sketch. Because everything we do is custom, it can take me a little while to get drawings and quotes done for you - expect at least 2 weeks.
You could expect to spend between 16-30k for a kitchen, and 4-10k for a wardrobe. If the quote you recieve isnt within your budget, please let me know, there might be some way we could bring the cost down for you.
Preparing to build
Leading up to the start of work, I will raise another 25% deposit invoice to cover purchasing materials and hardware for your job. At this stage I will come back to your house to check that all my measurements are still correct, and that our design will work as intended.
Confirmation
Once you've accepted the quote we require a 25% deposit invoice, which will serve as confirmation of the job. From this point we can refine the drawings and design, and discuss materials and further details. This can be a good time for you to come out to our workshop to check out our space and learn about our building process.
Building
Now that everything is locked down, we can build your work! I'll let you know when this starts, but I can't always know exactly how long something will take. Again, everything is custom, and there's bound to be some unforeseen puzzle. As we near the end of the build, I will confirm my install dates with you.
Installation
If we've all done our jobs right, then this day should be plain sailing. We take pride in installing our own work, this means we are able ensure you get the best results, and there is a clear line of communication.
After the install is completed, I will raise the final 50% invoice.
Now all that's left to do is take nice photos!
